Knitsilk is founded by a father and daughter duo. The father comes with his own import export firm, amid years of experience in silk and the young daughter, is an MBA with a good amount of multinational corporate experience in her kitty.

Despite this, they felt something was missing.

In an era of technical sophistication and machine made goods, the father and daughter still believed in the magic of hand made products. They wanted use their expertise to help women make luxurious yarns for their clientele across the globe.

Here is their story, in their own words, "We believe in doing everything with a good heart and good intentions. Being in the cottage industry for over two decades, we always knew we wanted to make a difference that matters, we wanted to help others. Thus, came about Knitsilk-a friend in need for women who want to become self-sufficient."
